I woke up two minutes late. Which resulted in me being five minutes late. Which shifted our Library schedule a bit. Moral of the story? Don’t be a lazy trash head like me and give in to the urge of closing your eyes for an extra 2 minutes.

The sky trains look like a complete dream to me. I mean, what if you have never seen or heard of a sky train in your life, and you suddenly see one. Wouldn’t you be absolutely blown away? I have always liked riding SkyTrain. When I got to ride it with my peers, it added to the experience.

The Bookstore:

As a young nerdatron, I basically lived in our local bookstore. But when I stepped into this one, it was like a whole new world. There is something about vintage bookstores that make me want to stay there for 25 hours a day. Every aisle was a surprise, more of a treasure hunt, really! I ended up buying a book I have always wanted to read: 1984 by George Orwell. I was going to get more books on physics, but unfortunately, I needed the money for lunch. Fortunately, we were headed to the library next

Lunch:

Sushi. I love sushi. Naturally, I bought sushi takeout at the sushi place. After eating a scrumptious meal with Sid, we had a pleasant conversation with Ms.Mulder. for the life of me, I can not remember what we were discussing, but one thing I do know is that I kept talking non-stop. Everything was perfect, but then I felt like something was missing! Where did the entire class go? We found them sitting in a nearby restaurant just outside of the library (thanks for the invite). I would have sat down with them… but there was no chair. So I decided to break my record for the longest squat I have ever held.

Library: My legs started fidgetting. This was no surprise to me, for I have just held a squat for twenty-five minutes. Being that this was the largest library I have ever been in,

My legs started fidgetting. This was no surprise to me, for I have just held a squat for twenty-five minutes. Being that this was the largest library I have ever been in, i quickly ran around, exploring the architecture, and of course, it’s books. I started off in the science section, and I never found a way out. I just sat there reading about quantum mechanics, and autobiographies of 2d squares. I ended up checking out 5 books, two of them regarding my studies in the science of Tesla.

It had been an awesome day. If some random lady from Florida walked right up to me and started making fun of my home and native land, I would take her to the VPL. That’ll shut her right up.
